The PERMANENT TASKFORCE ON ORDIANED CLERGY is called to meet at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, Texas.

THE PRESBYTERY COUNCIL will meet at the First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, Texas on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 3:00 P. M. (STANDING RULE IV-A – Presbytery Council shall consist of the Moderator, Vice-Moderator, Stated Clerk-Treasurer, Chairperson of Permanent Taskforce on Ordained Clergy, Chariperson of the Taskforce on Theological and Social Concerns, Pastor Host for next regular session of presybtery and Chairpersons of all Boards and Standing Committees.)

A CALLED MEETING of PRESBYTERY will take place at the First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, Texas at 9:00 AM on Saturday, January 20, 2018.

The following Boards and Committees of Trinity Presbytery are called to meet after the Called Meeting of Presbytery on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the First Presbyterian Church, 1801 19th Street, Huntsville, TX for regularly scheduled committee/board meetings.

Committee on Judicial Concerns

Committee on Probationers

Taskforce on Theological & Social Concerns

Reports of these meetings should be forwarded to the Stated Clerk no later than February 1, 2018. The reports should include all recommendations to presbytery, but not all the topics discussed during the meetings.

NOTE TO CHAIRPERSONS: If you are called to meet and, for any reason, will not meet with the Presbytery Council on January 19 and/or with your board/committee on January 20, 2018, it will be your responsibility to notify the Stated Clerk and members of your board/committee. It is then the responsibility of the Chairperson to reschedule the meeting and to forward the report of that meeting to the Stated Clerk by February 1, 2018.

Room Reservations: Room reservations will be at your own discretion. However, keep in mind the maximum reimbursement is $85.00
