J. PRESBYTERY INSURANCE COMMITTEE: The Presbytery Insurance Committee shall consist of the Moderator, Vice-Moderator, Stated Clerk, Chair of the Board of Missions, Chair of the Board of Finance & Trustees, and Chair of the Permanent Taskforce on Ordained Clergy.
It shall only meet when called to do so by the Moderator and/or the Stated Clerk. The duties shall consist of the following:
Receive and examine petitions from ministers for relief of medical expenses not covered by insurance on a case by case basis with any monies awarded to be taken from the Health Insurance Reserve.
